That allows him to be an intensivist and a general surgeon.

Since 1986, Dr. Liberis has been licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Maryland, and he operates at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York.

Dr. Liberis is also a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of General Surgeons, the International Society of Surgeons, the American Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Hepatopancreatobiliary Association, the Medical Society of New York, the Surgical Society of New York Medical College, and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
